All Mentors brings learning plans, assignments and job-search preparation together. Learners complete tasks in the platform while mentors follow their progress and help with difficult topics.

How the programme worked

Repetitive checks are automated. Analytics helps identify difficulties and improve the programme.
How the first AI assessment works
The learner answers a question → the system compares it with a reference answer → it offers a hint when needed. Recurring questions no longer need separate assessment calls.

Building the platform
I brought learning plans, assignments, answer checks and progress analytics into one platform. My work covered the interfaces, backend, infrastructure and learning materials.

Technologies
React powers the main web client; SolidJS is used in separate applications. The backend combines Node.js/NestJS with Bun/Hono services. Data is stored in PostgreSQL using Prisma and Drizzle ORM. Deployment is defined in Kubernetes, Helm and Argo CD configuration.
