My work
Working in a team of three, I built the chat, WhatsApp and Bitrix24 integrations, and infrastructure.
Delivery time
The first working version took two months.

01

A shared WhatsApp for the sales team

A manager selects a customer, reads the conversation history and replies in the same window. Search helps find a conversation, while unread counts flag new replies. Managers can also start a conversation themselves.

I built this chat and connected it to WhatsApp and Bitrix24. Staff could message customers from the CRM through a single company account.

02

Access without sharing the account

Companies previously gave managers access to WhatsApp on their personal phones. When someone left, passwords had to change, and the company risked losing access to its account.

Chatix used Bitrix24 permissions to control access to conversations. Adding or removing an employee no longer required sharing access to the WhatsApp account itself.

03

Connections and subscriptions

In the account dashboard, a user creates a chat, gives it a name and chooses a messenger and connection count. Prices and subscription options appear in the same form, from a trial to an annual plan.

I implemented the WhatsApp integration. The form let users select it and configure their subscription in one place.
